City of York Council Extends Right to Buy Valuation Contract.

We’re delighted to announce that The City of York Council has extended Right to Buy Valuation Contract with Align Property Partners. This extension secures APP’s services for an additional two years, continuing our role in evaluating houses and flats within the York Council area.

Mark Hall, Associate Director said: “Our staff have a great deal of experience in undertaking these valuations and have successfully acted for numerous Local Authorities and Housing Associations over the years. We will continue to work closely with the council to assess the value of properties, giving prospective buyers a clear understanding of the financial aspects of purchasing their council homes.“
