Align Chartered Surveyors Takes Centre Stage at Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch, Reinforcing Industry Relationships

Align Chartered Surveyors, commercial property consultancy North East England and Yorkshire, recently participated in the Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch.

The event, organized by MET Events, saw Align take centre stage as a sponsor, sharing with the audience their industry expertise, innovative approach, and strong ties with local authorities.

The Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch is a sought-after event for professionals involved in the property, construction, and business sector, and attracted approximately 70 local businesses. Attendees ranged from industry intermediaries and contractors to landlords, architects, surveyors, and many more players in the region’s property landscape.

Guest speakers, including Clive Heaphy (Interim CEO Middlesbrough Council), Richard Horniman (Director of Regeneration), and Chris Cook (newly elected Mayor), gave insightful presentations, revealing the exciting development vision for the upcoming years under the new Mayor’s leadership, and instilling confidence in the region’s future.

For Align Chartered Surveyors, the event gave opportunity to network with industry leaders, and foster professional relationships within the property experts.

As the head sponsor of the event, Align Chartered Surveyors had a unique opportunity to share their insights and success story with the attendees.

Daniel Clinch, Head of Agency, Acquisitions and Disposal at Align Chartered Surveyors said: ‘Align’s presence as the Head Sponsor of the event is a testament to our ongoing commitment to the industry and our collaboration with Middlesbrough Council on various projects. The event gave us opportunity to connect with the like-minded industry experts, and we hope that these interactions will open doors for future collaborations and business opportunities.’

Daniel added: ‘We’ve only been operational for one year, and this event provided us with the opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to providing tailored solutions and driving innovation within industry.’
