Affordable Housing Development, Borrans Road, Ambleside

We’re thrilled to announce a milestone achievement in our latest collaboration with Atkinson Building Contractors and Home Group. After a dedicated and detailed planning process, our proposal for a new housing development has been given the green light!

The development includes 40 housing units, offering a blend of affordable and local occupancy dwellings.
Located within the scenic Lake District National Park, the project overcame various complex challenges.

After an extensive review process, the scheme was granted planning consent at the Lake District National Park Development Control Committee Meeting on Wednesday 1st November.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Atkinson Building Contractors and Home Group for their collaboration and hard work. It’s been a journey of overcoming intricate challenges and we couldn’t be prouder of the teamwork and dedication shown by everyone involved.
