Project Management

With our background as a multidisciplinary built environment design consultancy, we will collaborate with you from the outset of a project to understand the initial requirements, develop concept proposals, initiate feasibility and viability studies; through to implementing design solutions, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and operation.

Successful project delivery depends on good communication, understanding and overcoming challenges around governance, risk, scope and change control, stakeholder engagement and the capability of the team.

Our experienced project managers are passionate about providing a bespoke service, bringing innovation to help our clients establish options, define their project needs and manage project delivery – we support our clients every step of the way.

The Process

Our experience shows that good control processes and systems positively influence project outcomes. We align our project management processes with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) work stages to establish a control framework that divides the project up into manageable components.

Our Project Managers plan, lead, monitor and control every aspect of the project lifecycle to focus our attention on the key success factors around stakeholder, scope, change, risk, cost and programme management.

Our Delivery approach

Project management is at the heart of the integrated core services delivered by our award winning multi-disciplinary built environment professional services design consultancy.

We work alongside our colleagues from all areas of the business, as well as external consultants, to successfully deliver the most challenging of projects; to exceed client expectations and become our clients’ trusted advisor of choice.

Through effective project management, we control and deliver construction projects to cost and on programme, minimising risk whilst maintaining safety, achieving quality and maximising investment returns.
